General

All orders accepted and quotations given by the Company are subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing.

Prices

Product prices shown are exclusive of delivery. Prices and product specification are subject to alteration or withdrawal from time to time without notice.

Errors and Omissions

The Company reserves the right to correct any written or clerical errors that may occur.

Delivery

The Company endeavors to comply with the delivery predicted, but will not accept any liability, for any loss or expense incurred by the Buyer as a result of a delayed delivery date.

Any special delivery requirements must be agreed at the time the order is placed. Please note that the delivery driver's responsibility is to off load to floor level adjacent to the delivery vehicle and any further assistance given is at the driver's discretion. If we are unable to complete the delivery due to the Buyer's fault then the redelivery will be charged.

Standard delivery is any time between 08.00Hrs and 18.00Hrs. Specific time slots and the associated costs must be agreed prior to the delivery date.

Every effort is made by the Company to ensure our products arrive in good condition. If there is any transit damage, the delivery note must be noted accordingly and signed on behalf of the Buyer. In addition the Company must be notified in writing by the Buyer within two (2) days otherwise the Company will be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations.

Liability

The Company shall not be liable to the Buyer for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, whether direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, suffered by the Buyer or a third party.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed payment for all goods and services must be made with cleared funds prior to dispatch.

Payment can also be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro via our HSBC bank security link, or by PayPal.

Packaging

All product packaging is included and non-returnable. Disposal of the packaging is the Buyer's responsibility.

Products Returned

If for any reason the Buyer wishes to return products to the Company, written consent must be obtained from the Company.

All products to be returned, at the Buyers cost, must be returned in the original packing together with the Company's original documentation stating the Company's reference number. All products will be inspected and tested and unless the product is subject to a manufacturing fault, this cost and any associated repair cost will be charged to the Buyer. The minimum charge will be 15% of the original invoice value, plus the collection cost. A REFUND WILL THEN BE MADE.

If goods are damaged on delivery this must be noted on the delivery note before signing and notified to the Company within 2 working days, we will then replace the damaged goods.

Export

There are no export restrictions

Cancellation

Orders cancelled if notified more than seven days prior to delivery date FOC, Cancellation if notified within three days before delivery an administration charge of £10.00 will be levied.

Warranty

The following sets out Servcool Limited current Delonghi warranty policy.

1. Products Purchased for Hire: No Warranty.
2. Products Purchased for Resale and Personal use:The products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults arising during the course of normal operation, as follows:

This warranty is given on the basis that the product is installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Any modifications or alterations carried out to the equipment without the Company's written agreement will invalidate the warranty
Any warranty exchange or parts replacement will only continue to maintain the original stated warranty period from the time of original purchase.
Capacity Conditions
The air conditioning equipment nominal duties are based on the following conditions:

Cooling	Ambient = 35°C Internal = 27° db and 19°C wb
Heating	Ambient = 7° db and 6°C wb Internal = 20°C
